Customer has embedded VM. All incoming calls are picked up by AA1. The AA plays and asks the caller to leave a message. Approximately one second after the AA ends, the call drops. You hear the beep to begin recording your message, one second after, the three audible tones ending the message. This happens on every call, every extension. Thanks in advance.
