I setup the helpdesk with phone with 5 other phone with a button to pick up the call. Calls will randomly drop in the middle of the call. I have 3 other departments with the same setup and not having issues.
They all have 7841 model phones. after the 4 ring calls are routed to our 3rd party calling center
Would you recommend a different phone? Different approach. There are other departments on the same switch that do not drop calls. Would you recommend a different approach?
