Please help.
We running a Mitel 3300 ICP system and for some reason one of our extensions divert to another number when busy.
This ext. has a night service which activates after 5pm and I think it's going to the nght service number when busy or off the hook.

How can I check this and how can I stop it from diverting.
I've checked the forwarding options and that is not active on the handset.

I'd like to do this using the WebInterface.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated

check the call re-routing forms in the system programming.
from maintenance command you could also type locate feature ext xxxxx
this would show whether there are any active diverts

Thanks James i got the following
Extension 7860
Active Features:
Call Forward No Answer External : 7708
Call Forward Busy External : 7604
Call Forward Busy Internal : 7870

Now how do I remove the ext. numbers? Can I do it on the webinterface or on the handset itself.
If on the handset, can you give me the steps please.
Handset Mitel 5215

I believe all you need to do is go to the set, hit the superkey aad then when it says call forwarding change the modes in there.

on this 5224 it shows:

ALWAYS
Program / Next next

IF BUSY 300 <- pilot for the vmail HG
Change / Del / Next

NO ANS 300
Change / Del / Next

I'M HERE
Yes / No

If you don't see the one(s) you need make sure te COS allows the set to change call forwarding profiles.

Thanks Jim...I managed to resolve it.

You can also remove customer entered features by using the Clear All Features and Clear All Features - Remote access codes.

Hi SXWizard...Im curious...can you show me steps on how to clear all features - remote access codes

code + extension number

If you have a console you can do it from there too.

There may be no i in team but there are three f's in fudge off.

Thanks, LoopyLou. From the phone use the Clear All Features code. From another phone use the Clear All Features - Remote code + the extension number. There is a COS option that needs to be enabled for this to work/

Guys can you show me how to find out my codes on the Mitell 3300?

You can find all the codes under the Help Menu of the 3300.
That is a great place to find answers to the Mitel.
