Hey Guys,

Our current setuup is we have 3 directors which all have there phones diverted to the secretary and then the secretaries phone is enabled to transfer calls to the directors when required. Can someone point me in the right direction as to how this is setup as another department are asking for the same setup. I have gone through the directors and secretaries extensions but I have not found anything to show how thois is done.

All the extensions are analogue on an option 11c

Hope you can help.

Nigel

Hi
If all the phones are analog, even the sacretary, i guess the only feature used is Call Forward, all the directors set the "FTR CFW" to the SEC, and this last one is the only phone who can transfer call to them.

what i use is key 4 bfs 4 0 0 0, with the tn on the bosses phone on the sec's key.. that lamp is dark anytime the boss in on any line, and when the sec presses it once, the bosses phone, analog or digital, if forwarded to him.. all marped keys
