Hi,

Does anyone one have a idea how to divert an incoming call by pressing a feature button. For instance diverting a call I dont want to pick to voicemail. Thanks

oldphoneguy has you in the right direction. Create a coverage path for your set. Have voicemail set up as the first point of cover. Hit send all calls when that call comes in and they gone to your voicemail.
