Call Diversion Ring Time

Hey Guys,

I'm in the final stages of installing a voicemail system in our PBX. I have setup a voicemail huntgroup that calls divert when there is no answer. I have changed the SYTDS parameters to extend the Call Divert Long and Short times. So far, calls to the PBX from outside (external) take 5 rings before divert...This is OK. Internal calls, however take only 1 ring before diversion. Any possible answers to this?

give us sytdp; and susip:dir= and cdidp:dir= (of the concerened ext.). Maybe you have a wrongly configured Personal-Number-list? Give us pllnp:dir= of the ext.
