MiCollab 9.8.2.12-01 (Server)
MiCollab 9.8.204 (Windows Client)
Teleworker MBG 11.5.2.31
Sip MBG 11.5.2.31.
Clients running on Windows 10.
All our users are MiCollab soft phone users.
We are experiencing a problem with some outgoing calls, when the external party answers they sound robotic to us, but we sound fine to them.
We initially thought this was our sip provider, but they have monitored our calls and cannot hear any distortion.
I have listened back to our recorder (Red box, using MiCollab as the SRC) and that also sounds fine.
Does anyone have any idea's or pointers, this has been going on for a while now, and is driving me crazy.
