Subsequent to my original post, I did some more playing around.
It's actually line 3 which is displaying the incoming call information. It has nothing to do with whether I am using an analogue or VoIP line.
I've tried all combinations. Every trunk that I plug into line 3, displays incomming CLID.
Every trunk that I plug into Lines 1 or 2, do not pass any call information.
I'm more than positive that the KSU is configured correctly. I've even reset the entire KSU back to the factory defaults, and without any programming whatsoever, I get CLID on Line 3 when I pick up the line from any set if it's not set up at the prime set.
Lines 1 and 2 never show CLID, even when set up on a prime set, etc. No call logging, nothing.
Has anyone ever heard of this type of defect?
Is it repairable?
Is there a dealer in to Toronto area that can fix this?
Thanks in advance,
Shawn
