Call display on a 5212

Can you scroll the name display to get the call display info on a 5212? If not, can you display the number instead of the name on an incoming call?

This is running on a Mitel 200ICP Ver 4.

There is a COS option for Display ANI only.

There should be a way to display the ani while the name is displayed but I don't know it, sorry.

On a 5215 or 5212 you should see the phone number followed by as much of the name as can be squeezed into the display. You are limited to twenty (20) characters in total.

For example, if someone called you with the following information:

ABC Company - 613-592-2212

You should see:

"6135922212 ABC COMP"

The bottom line should be blank.

All I see is the name, same as on the 5224. On the 5224 I use the soft key to see the number.

We made it so it only shows the number on the 5212 and it is working.
