Call Disconnects on forward

Hello team,
I have an issue on a BCM50br6, the issue is when a call is being forwarded to an external number using feature 4 and someone calls in i see that the external number is being dialed using another trunk and the mobile rings ( the external number is a mobile ) but after a while i get the call disconnected.
I started UIP on bcm monitor and i see i get a normal disconnect code.

any ideas?

It is an ISDN2 BRI, call comes in i see it from the monitor, the set is forwarded to 9 someting and then the mobile rings, after some seconds the call gets disconnected. I tried to call the provider to do a trace but the waiting time was around 25 minutes so i will call again later.
