Dears,

Please advice with a way to disconnect a call if not answer after x secs serving from PBX.

In LD 16 on your rout change the DCTI prompt.

DCTI (0)-511 Time (in seconds) that an extension is allowed to ring or be On-hold or Call Park before the trunk is disconnected.
 
Or change the NADT (0)-255 No Answer Disconnect Timer in seconds
