I hope good day for all.can any one suggest any way to monitor agent phone set to know who termintae the call.the agent or the customer or call dropped.I have CS1000M MG Rel 5.0 .the system connected to the PSTN through 25 E1 for the incoming calls so it's too difficult to enable the monitoring for all these E1s.
I enabled the enhanced trace ENTC L S C U T.but i couldn't get any valuable data.
Any idea??
