I have AA set up to answer the main number. IPO 500 V2 7.0.36. Embedded VM. Caller can enter four digit extension, phone rings, voicemail will pickup on no answer. If I have transfer set on (example) press 6 for accounting, call transfers, phone rings, voicemail will not pick up (endless ringing) I have 'transfer' selected, not 'normal transfer. How can I make the personal VM answer?
