i am unable to find cdss installation manual in partner portal
can any one help me to get the cdss installation manual.

As i am going to install first time CDSS with OSCCv9.

I know of an install, I think the documents are in the install download ?
I will log on to the site and see if I can get the docs for you but it will be later on

I have looked - it is just a web page interface.
Documentation must be on the install usb/cd/dvd - nothing found elsewhere so far.

Server requirements and linux details
The OSCC version is v9 and the platform is OS4K.

May I ask, what is CDSS? I have OSCC V9R1 and there are two things I can tell you. 1) the documentation that ships with the install is outdated and there is newer stuff on the portal, and 2) I don't know what CDSS is so I can't look and see if we use it )

Before we used to install call director in XMU unit for menu message guidance in Openscape Contact center

Now there is another way to install the same with CDSS.

I don't have experience in it.

Atleast if i get teh installation manual i will try.
CDSS sw to install in PC is available in portal

Yes, my call director is set up with an XMU...

I was just in with the limited access I have to the portal and I believe you will find this documentation in Section 5 of

OSCC V9 Communications Platform Integration Guide Issue 7. It's about a 2MB PDF file.
