When employees call Callpilot, the number that shows up in OTM Call Accounting is the actual voicemail port number instead of the access number they dialed. I added the port numbers in the Call Digit Translation to replace them with the access number. I recosted the reports but it is still not showing up. How do I show CallPilot access number on the call accounting reports instead of the Callpilot port that answered? Thanks.
