call details recording format

Dear all,
i want to buy a billing system from one of the local company
but they asked me about the call details format?
im new with the system
its cs1000 rls 4.5
CTY on teletype terminal.
can anyone help?

You tell them the format is Nortel cs1000 rls 4.5

There are actually a couple of formats you can use, the old and new version. The old gives you 1 line of information and the new gives you 2 lines of information. Regardless, there are millions of Nortel PBX's in North America so they should be able to get it work.
