Call Detail Reports

Hello,

I'm running some CDR's and running into an issue. I can run the reports and email them to myself, but they are on a note pad and they look like a mess. I've attempted to open them in Excel but so far they still look like a mess. Anyone have any luck converting the text file into something that makes sense? Thanks

CDR out of CM is raw data. You need some sort of 3rd party or Cisco Prime to make it nice.
