Folks _ We have customer that is looking for the ability to do CDR. They have three Receptionists that answer incoming calls. The owner wants to be able to see who is or is not answer the incoming calls.

The system is a BCM400 with 3.7 they have a PRI as well.

Any thoughts on a good aplication for this one. I have used TAPIT before on Norstar but only have outbound call tracking. I don't know if TAPIT would do inbound on a BCM?

CDR is built in and you can look at it in real time, but it sucks. You need a 3rd party software and a PC to run it on.

Put BCM Monitor on the Boss's PC and let him watch to see how is answering the phone.
 
They could go to Call Center where they log as agents and the boss could watch RCC all day long
 
Thanks folks - I have heard that the CDR on the BCM sucks as well. I will let them try the Monitor first.

OK something else I just thought of. Can I put an SMDR on the BCM and run TAPIT just like we do for Norstars? Rather them Bothering with the built in CDR?

BCM 50 With high volume on PRI

We have installed a BCM 50 that all cals in and out have an unusualy high volume for people outside of the bcm system. any suggestions , local LEC says they have no control.
