Call delays with OCS R2

I am experiencing call delays with our Option 61c and OCS 2007 R2. A call is presented to the 61 through menu, there is a delay of 4-8 seconds before receiving station receives call.... any thoughts

Hi everybody!
I am trying to integrate Microsoft Office communicator 2007 (office communicator 2007) with avaya IP softphone 6.0, but I found just about OCS 2005


if somebody have manuals about this please share with me

I installed softphone,and I have Microsoft OCS 2007 R2
I dont know how to configure, I mean integrate
