Hi

I have more than usual call delay (about 6 seconds) between HiPath 3800 (latest version) and OSBX8 v2.

When I call from OSBX8 to HP3800 everything is good.

Analog Trunk is used to do calls.

Delay in the audio or delay between dialling the number and the call being placed?

If it is delay in the call being placed, it sounds like the 3800 is waiting for more digits and only when the interdigit timeout occurs the call is placed.

Delay between dialling the number and the call being placed.

Max 4 digits allowed to press and after pressing all 4 of them I have delay and then the call being placed.

Check the route pattern is only matching 4 digits and there are no overlapping longer digit patterns.
You could reduce interdigit timeout by a few seconds.

Thanks for the answer

Route pattern is ok and no overlapping.

But I couldn't find where I can reduce the interdigital transfer timeout.
The only time parameters I know are here:
System parameters => Time parameters

Which one exactly should I change.

P.S.
I already set "Pause 1s" - "Analog trunk seizure" (Lines / networking => Routing parameters)
