Call Cut Off on Internal\External calls

Any reasons why internal and External calls are cutting off. The trace files also show packets are being lost.
Sytem has been upgraded to latest version and also the subsequent modules.

Do you have a "clean" power supply?
Is your IP Office configured correctly?
Which firmware on the IP Office and expansion module are u using?

you might be interested in the DSCP article....could you give a little more insight to how you are configured..T1, POTS, PTP and so on?
