I have a Merlin Legend system and I have a calling group (780) excepting certain calls. I would like members of another calling group (781) to be able to pick up calls queueing on 780 when no members of 780 are logged in. I would like members of 781 to have a button light when there are calls either ringing or queued in 780. What is the best way to do this?

Thanks!

By your use of the word "excepting" do you mean excluded or should it have been "accepting"? You should proof before post so we can understand what you want to say!!!

Unless you overflow 780 to 781, I don't think you can "pick up" any calls from that que when no one is logged in. It would be a good idea to get the Legend Feature Reference Guide document, and review the feature interactions for this. I don't have one available right now to check it.
