Call Coverage Partner ACS R7.0 1

Busy apple ranch with bakery, Slot 1 308EC, Slot 2 Partner Mail VS R4.0, Slot P. ACS R7.0, Client wants to be able to have callers transferred to a covering extension when the pie shop extension, ext 15 is busy taking orders. Client wants callers transferred to Ext 16 and help take orders. Will Call Coverage work for that scenario or should I use Call Forwarding?

You could have 15 call cover to 16, unanswered calls come back to 15's mailbox if it has one.

How about Group Calling? Ring them both at the same time.

Are these calls transferring from the Auto Attendant, or a live person?

After I wrote out the post I was thinking the same thing, why not use Group Calling. It would be perfect. I could put three or four extensions in the group and let them all take the pie orders.
