call coverage for partner

My custumer has 8 lines coming in two for each person. there are two receptionists that handle all 8 lines when they don't pick up they want each line to got four mail boxes, the mail boxes are 05ext14 08ext17 10ext19 12ext25
they have a Pvm r3 large
# 208
lines 1&2 are covered by ext 17
lines 3&4 are covered by ext 25
lines 5&6 are covered by ext 14
lines 7&8 are covered by ext 19
# 206 group call dist
all lines are set to 3(VMs line cover)
# 310 auto VMS cover ext 14,17,19,& 25 are all assigned
# 505 hunt group ext all for ext are assigned
I thought this would do it how ever when I did my test call ext 14 is the only one that voice mail picks up the others
just ring and ring no Vm picks up What am I missing??????
 
What extensions are assigned to #505 group 7? Only 78 and 79 should be.
 
ext 78 and 79 are the only ones two of the ext work fine you call thier numbers and tier Vm pick the other two don't so it half works it is wierd i don't think i missed anything any ideas would be great.
 
Do the lines RING on the covering extensions? Do transferred calls to those extensions cover to voice mail if not answered?

By that do you mean by way of Feature 14 (Transfer to Voice Mail) and extension number, or Transfer (fixed button above Hold) and extension number?

If you put the extensions in DND, does it cover immediatly to voice mail?
 
you can transfer to voice mail I didn't try it with DND on i will have them try that. this is by far the strangist issue if had with a Partner like I said tow out of the four ext work fine the other two don't work at all they just ring and ring if they are picked up by the receptionist she can tranfer you into Voice mail.
 
never mind i rebooted and everything works . Touchtone thanks again for your insight
