Finally got my Magix ready for cutover. A few questions remain. When a covering extension gets a covered call, I notice the call coverage button also lights up. Should they answer the call on that button or does it matter?

Is it me or can I not cover calls to extension 100? I was able to test by covering 110 to 111 and it all worked fine. But when I tried to cover 100 to 111 it didn't work. Is there a rule about covering the operator extension? This is importyant as my main number will ring to 100 and be covered by 4 others.

I guess I also need a coverage off button on 100 too, right? For when the system is put on night service??? Or do I need a DND at all four covering extensions?

This sounds like you have 100 set as a Queued Call Console (QCC) - the book says:

"An individual QCC operator cannot be a sender or receiver for Individual
or Group Coverage."

Is that what it is?

If it is set that way it was not me. I'll have to dig into the manual. Thanks for pointing me in the right direction.
