Installed a BCM400 (3.6) with Call Centre pro at the weekend. Everything functioning ok. Just one question I was wondering if you guys could possibly answer. I have checked the CD but unable to find the answer.
If an agent does not receive a call for a certain amount of time, the CC puts them into not ready. Is there any settings we can change in respect of this timeout.
The reason for me asking is that the agents do not realise that this is happening.
