hi to all.....
i was configure a call center on a bcm400 rls4, the problem is that when the agent log into skillset, he can not use his phone to use like dial 9 to outdial number, but when the calls come to skillset transfer ti it..can you help me plz?

When the agent logs into the skillset, ensure they press the release button to complete the login sequence

Yes I agree with option11newboy.
if you leave the phone displaying the log in details you can not make calls until you press RLS.
It should show TIME and Date
