Hi I work on Nortel all the time but I have never worked with the agnet cal center software.

I have a client who is getting the key codes for this Call Pilot 150 and is taking his MICS into a call center enviroment with several agent station seats.

Cany anyone suggest any installer and user docs. for me to brush up on as far as setting up this caller center for him.

This is just a small call center with about 5 agents with a 6 line hunt group.
 
hookup the CP to a network (or PC)
Programming from the browser is easy ...All the docs are on the CD. (Q=skillset)

Brief steps:

Define Q
Define call handling steps for Q
Record any greetings in Q
Define Agent IDs
Assign agents to Qs
Program lines to be answered by CC (or AA and transfer to Q)
