hi all
i have a customer looking to turn his panasonic KX-TDA 100 into a call center.
what he wants to do is
1.have all calls recorded to pc.
2. have call info displayed on a wall screen ( waiting calls, abandond calls )

has anyone delt with this type setup ??

The Callista range of software is good I have used it in a small booking centre (TDA30)recording calls to a PC with info on the supervisors PC, to get info onto a projector or a large LCD Screen would not be a lot of trouble
