Is it possible to have the caller id in the reports? Currently there is no detail when we run an abandoned report or any report. There is no caller id detail. Is it possible? Caller id is passed on the agents but not in the report.

 
According to the reports manual, CID is not listed as a report option. For that you would need a SMDR report package.
