Call Center Worx Connection

Does any one know how to connect our Supervisor to the Call Center Worx MIS software, other than using PC Anywhere. The software was purchased from NEC as a complete bundle with all there server parts and accessories.

Try using VNC for the remote terminal. Remember that the remote terminal needs to have a security key (dongle) installed.
