Call Center View not allowing administration

Now, the stupid part of this is I believe I've had to deal with this problem before and I can't remember what I did to get it to work, but when I try to install Call Center View on a new computer, upon startup if I make a new profile it won't allow me to set up anything once in. On the computer where it does work, the name of the profile is admin and it says right below the menu "Administrator - admin" but on the new computer it says "None - admin". What in the world do I have to do to get this to initialize properly? Thanks
 
Have you logged in under CCC user access? Not even sure that is it but may be woth trying.
