I am trying to set up the monitoring of individual agents in Call Center View (v5.0.16). The problem that I am running in to is that all of my agents or lines are not showing up for selection within Queue Monitor > Queue Details > Director Number. When I do a DN search, I check every available option/selection, yet all agents do not show?
Can anyone suggest how I might expand my selections? Am I limited in number? Thanks in advance.
