Hi,

So now it's working I need to suss out alarms!

I want it to alarm when calls are queing and have configured this. However, it stays red until someone ackowledges it but this is for a plasma screen so no-one will be interatcing with it. Can I turn this feature off?

Also, I am not getting any beeps. I've set the option that says audio alert but still nothing.

Any help appreciated :)
 
Hi,
You can set the display time for the alarm under the Alarm settings tab.
The audio alarm is only for the PC running CCV. You can set an alarm tone from the wallboard server, but this is only for wall mounted Wallboards such as the Ferrograph.

I set it to 10 seconds but the group still stays red until I go into the alarm list and acknowledge it. Is there a way around this?
