Hi all,
I have a Callpilot 150, with Call Center enabled. I have 6 agents, 2 skill sets.
Certain agents only receive call center calls. Others have both regular and call center calls. Is there any way to identify calls from the call center with a specific a ring tone? On our phones with LCD screens, the call is identified and the name of the skill set as well as caller ID info appears. However, the phones that don't have LCD screens cannot tell
1) if it's a call coming from the center call or an internal call transfer, etc.
2) which skillset it is coming from.
Any ideas?
