Call Center resetting daily 1

I have a BCM 400 Rls 3.7 with basic call center that is resetting itself everyday at the same time and it logs all agents off. How can I stop this?
 
Is the BCM resetting, the phones resetting, or what? How are you determining that it is logging the agents off? I would check the alarm log for events around that time. Check that your patches are up to date. Since this happens at the same time every day you should have no trouble replicating to troubleshoot.
 
Just the callpilot is resetting and I believe all the patches are up to date. Here is what the customer sent me.

Sounds like a system reset schedule has been setup in maintenance.
 
Thank you very much, how do I shut it off?
 
Also Check if there has been a Daily Backup Sheduled.

This would cause the call pilot to stop,
Then resume when back up has been completed.
