What services are needed on the Call Center Reporting Server? I have a customer that wants to disable all servies that are not needed on the ICCR Server. I know "IIS" is needed. Any more? This is going to be connected to a BCM450 release 5.0.

Quite a few services. I would tell them that because the program uses integrated Microsoft programs (SQL, IIS, etc) that you can't turn off any services.

Let me ask the obvious question here. Why would they want to disable any services?

They are a bank and they have an I.T. dept that is really trying to make sure that the Server is not in any way allowing a security problem. DBrewsky, I really appreciate your input over the last couple of days. I told my boss that eventually I am going to have to stop playing "how the data flows" and actually program a phone and a mailbox or 2.
Many thanks,

Since the customer will be supplying the server, I would have them look at the server requirements, and then remove all unwanted services prior to installing the Reporting software. If there is an issue it will be identified during the Reporting software installation.
