Is it possible to obtain the specific number that a customer called from in a given time?

ex: 10/1/2008 5:00pm - 6:00 pm - Can I get all the phone numbers of the people that called during that time?

You have anyone using Crystal reports? You can pull the entire call by call and try to isolate by CLID in the event data. Or if you have anyone that is good with ODBC they can pull event data from the call by call table.

per jcarroll, try using ODBC, if you don't have crystal, use Excel, get external data via ODBC then you can just use it to query the table, then run your filters on excel.
