Call Center Reporting

Hello
Trying to access reports on Basic Call Center Reporting running on MICS 7.1 and Call Pilot 3.1. Real time data displays but when we attempt to view reports the year on the drop down menu does not go past 2008, any direction greatly appreciated.

You need to upgrade your gear.

RCC client should be 2.4.358.6.61 or up
RCC server software 31.10.28c or up
Callpilot 3.1 build 31.10.31.22 or up

Try this as a quick fix

You can open this file in notepad:
x:\\program files\nortel networks\reporting for call center\website\rcc\report_pages\common\inc_date_select

search for:

Dim Yearstop
i=2003
yearstop=i+5

You can change the 5 to 10 or whatever number of years you want it to run. You have to change it one more time in the middle of the script, where it states:

i=2003
yearstop=i+5

Thanks so much for the info...will be back on site next week and try the quick fix. In the meantime how do we go about upgrading the equipment? This is a site we took over recently and not sure how to obtain the upgrades....calls to our vendors have been useless.

fixed the date problem now getting the following error.

Error Type:
Crystal Reports ActiveX Designer (0x80043AE3)
Invalid TLV record.
/rcc/report_pages/common/AlwaysRequiredSteps.asp, line 61
