Call Center Reporting stops working

About every 2 weeks the reporting stand alone PC stops reporting.

This one is on CP 150 not BCM (thinking same issues on BCM?)
Call Center Reporting CP 31.10.31.22

Everything including firmware has been patched and re-installed etc.

I am getting wind that Nortels reporting is not all that great.

Has anyone had this issue or no of a fix not posted at Nortel site?
Apparantly is a hassle to get it back up and running each time and customer not happy.

Otherwise what would be next best 3rd party software to use?

How do you fix it, do you have to re-install RCC everytime?
Could it be the .net update?
Make sure to disable Windows Update and remove any .net SP2 that conflics with the RCC.
I never spend more then half an hour at customer site troubleshooting the RCC, after that i re-install XP SP2, disable updates and re-install RCC, it always work.
