Call Pilot 150. Call Center Reporting Server (CPL_CC_31.10.28c.16_10_31_2007) installed on one system. Reporting for Call Center (4.0.100.1190) installed on another system. Anyone who's ever run this guantlet knows it's a nightmare to get the the Reporting working!!! Anyway - I got it all working. My issue is, if I don't run a report, synching the RCC to the Reporting Server on a routine basis, the sync process fails. To resolve, I must reboot the Reporting Server, then all is well again, until next time. I've tried stop/start of Call Center Reporting Services but it doesn't resolve. Can anyone provide input on what specifically on Reporting Server that I could reset without performing a full reboot of the computer? THANKS in advance.
