I'm having the same problem that is outline in this previous post. Was there ever a resolution?

The Call Center Server i've installed cannot talk to the Call Pilot 150. The Http poprt (8088) and the control port (2222) pass the test successfully; however the real-time port (2223) fails. I've watched and it dosen't seem that anything is listening or transmitting on port 2223. Am I missing something on the Call Pilot? I have all the latest software both on the Call Pilot and the server.

The server logs show an exception error in the system XML that says "There are multiple root elements line 15 , position 2". has anyone seen this before?

Add ports 2222 - 2224 to the windows firewall exceptions list. If you didn't do that already, I'd bet that's your problem.
