I have professional Call Center and the machine that I run the reporting blew and I am trying to get it back on line so my reports and ipview function again. I can log into the reporting for call center browser but when I click on the call center connection tab I get the following error.
It may be just because I don't know what the password is to reconnect the odbc connection. Can anyone help me out?
Thanks

Greg
BCM400 3.6 is what I am running on.
