I have a call pilot 150 with 3.1 software. My problem is that when i try to run reports for 2009, 2009 is not an option within the reporting. I've tried pulling the database, reloaded on a new pc, and uninstalled/reinstalled the application and call center reporting software.
any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
