Call Center Report Issue

Dear All,

Im facing problem with the Reporting Call Center. Its showing me the following error when Im starting up the RCC machine:

Error Has Occured Within Print Caller!
Error Number:76
Error Description: Path not found
Was found in method: WriteToLogFree

You should use a freeware tool called "filemon.exe" (

http://www.sysinternals.com/Utilities/Filemon.html)

to monitor what path the printcaller.exe is trying to access.

BTW: i'm not affiliated with sysinternals.com in any way
