Call Center Report: Agent Capacity Report

Hi, we have a BCM50 with Call Center and Call Center Reporting Enabled. real-time and most histroical reports are okay, but only one Report: Agente Capacity Reports error. when we try to run that, it shows following information. I tried DBFIXUTIL, but no luck. Please help. Thanks.
