I have a BCM 3.6, running the call center application. Site was polling stats from the BCM to a windows XP workstation on the supervisors desk. Someone rebooted the PC and now realtime stats will not display. I can ping the BCM from the workstation. On site tech has removed the application and re-installed to no avail. Checking the BCM key codes, I have a call center app keycode but there is not one for reporting. All related services are running. Anybody have any ideas on this?
