CALL CENTER PROGRAMMING

On a Call Pilot 150 with Call Center software; how do you create space between the greetings when an acd cue is busy. We have two agents who are on the phone and the next call give a greeting to ask to caller to hold. The next greeting comes on every ten seconds. We want to space them out for every 30 seconds but cant seem to find the parameters.
