Call center Pro dropping calls?

I have a BCM 400 3.6 with professional call center. It has been installed for about 8 months with no issues. Today I have been told that people in the que were just disconnected (about 3 times). Some customers and some employees calling in. I looked at the abandon call by caller id to see if they actually hung up but that doesn't seem to be the case. Where do I start to try to prove or disprove I have a system problem? I have a t1 pri as my incomming lines.
