Good morning!
I wanted to know if Call Center can manage pbx calls (DN) as well as target lines?

Here is what I want to do:
I want call center to manage dn 224 only.
All calls ( from other DNs as well as target lines ) ringing extension 224 are queued by call center.
I want to recieve one call at a time for this extension.

What exactly do I need to purchase to get this done?

You can have an agent handle any line type but not DN's that I have seen.

I guess a trick or workaround would be for an ATA to be 224, wires out to a trunk port instead of a set, then the call center handles the trunk line when internal people call 224.

I'm only guessing at 1 Skillset and 1 Agent key codes.
