Good morning!
I wanted to know if Call Center can manage pbx calls (DN) as well as target lines?
Here is what I want to do:
I want call center to manage dn 224 only.
All calls ( from other DNs as well as target lines ) ringing extension 224 are queued by call center.
I want to recieve one call at a time for this extension.
What exactly do I need to purchase to get this done?
